Lombard House Hotel in Penzance was built in the early 18th century. It is a Grade II listed building with many period features. Located on a quiet south facing terrace overlooking the sea and the promenade. Private guests car park. Tom and Rita have owned and managed Lombard House since 1995. Their aim is to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a very high standard of service and comfort. They are resident at all times. A lovely front garden is available for guests to sit in and relax with a good book or perhaps a glass of wine, whilst enjoying the wonderful views across Mounts Bay. A perfect location for a long or short break. An elegant regency period house offering quality bed and breakfast where you can experience the unique and homely surroundings not found at other Hotels. Lombard House is conveniently located for the town centre, pubs and restaurants and many local attractions. The train and bus station is only a few minutes away and the Scillonian 3 ferry terminal and the Heliport for the Scilly Isles are also nearby. A deposit equivalent to the first night is required to secure all reservation. In the event of a cancellation this is non refundable.

Directions

Travelling into Penzance Cornwall on the A30 leads you straight towards the town. As you come past the heliport on your right you come to a roundabout, take the left filter and drive along Chyandour Cliff Road. Penzance BR station is now on your left and at the traffic lights turn left into the one-way then the road bends to right into Wharf Road. As you travel along Wharf Road, the harbour and ferries are to your left. You cross over the Ross swing bridge and travel for 400yds before the road bends to the right into Battery Road. On your left is the Jubilee open air swimming pool and as you travel around the bend Regent Terrace is on your right. Welcome to your accommodation.
